Walls are socio-political entities that, in their negotiation of an Inside and Outside create identities and otherize communities. An  Unfinished Portrait observes the boundary wall of my college, NID and the many socio-economic communities its supports and divides. As a poetic exploration, this project hopes to elucidate new perspectives within invisible structures.

 

This film has two versions: a Narrative as well as an Interactive version. The interactive version is divided into three changeable frames, the wall can be shuffled, twisting and merging its inside and the outside ‘other’ into one continuous mobeius strip.
